Summary:• Plan and execute work with guidance meeting delivery deadlines.• Awareness of team delivery goals• Change builds with direction.• Reconcile simple changes.• Review Test Central with User Story testing with guidance.• Locate and use simple color-coded documents with testing.• Think about client experience when testing.• Verify simple calculations for any form or jurisdiction (Tax Rate, Exemptions, Std Deductions, Itemized Deductions).• Trace simple data thru a return (AGI, Taxable Income, questions answered in ProFiler interview, etc.).• Use all testing tools with guidance.• Follow testing process and procedures with some reminders.• Solve assigned problems and trouble shoots issues with components• Communicate effectively & respectfully in meetings, Teams, Email, and in person.• Ask questions when needed.• Provide meaningful status updates.• Contribute to a positive work environmentRequired Candidate Profile:• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent in tax preparation experience.• Enrolled Agent or CPA license desirable.• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and fundamentals of research, design, testing, and debugging. Plus, strong tax knowledge in specialized area.• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
