Digital Squad is a multi-award-winning SEO agency looking for a high performance and proven SEO specialist with at least 4 years of full time experience to join our team.This is a fully remote role for immediate start, and we need high calibre SEO professionals who have a passion for driving organic growth and results for clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive traffic growth.Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for on-page and off-page optimisation.Optimise website structure, content, and metadata in line with SEO best practices.Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix site performance issues, crawling errors, and mobile-friendliness concerns.Manage link-building initiatives, including outreach, guest posting, and other white-hat strategies.Track and analyse SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and website copy.Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends to adjust strategies accordingly.Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry peers.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or in-house digital marketing role.Strong understanding of Google’s ranking algorithms and SEO best practices.Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.Proficiency in on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and content optimisation.Familiarity with technical SEO, including site speed optimisation, schema markup, and structured data.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) and basic knowledge of website management.Ability to interpret SEO data and generate actionable insights.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Experience with western and international clients preferred.Familiarity with paid search (PPC) campaigns and how they complement organic search efforts.Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles.Experience with AI-driven SEO tools and automation.Please include your case studies or portfolio in your application to showcase results you have driven in your SEO career.
