The Senior Change Manager role sits as part of the program implementation division and focuses on partnering with clients in the Americas and globally. The Senior Change Manager will play a key role in directing, designing and planning change management programs that enable desired organizational change and realize business benefits for Randstad and our clients. This pivotal role will partner with high profile clients to lead the end to end Change Management activities including; impact assessment, sponsorship activation and coaching, strategy design, communications and engagement planning and execution, learning and development, and measures of success. Our ways of working are underpinned by a comprehensive change management toolkit and methodology. This role involves leading other change practitioners, taking accountability for the overall change program, and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders.To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience in Change Management delivery and the recruitment industry.
