What You’ll Do: As part of our global marketing team, you’ll lead marketing automation initiatives that elevate Trundl’s brand and services. Your work will empower teams to communicate how we solve complex business challenges for our customers. Key responsibilities include: Platform Operations & HubSpot Leadership: Be the main point of contact and administrator for all marketing platforms. Primarily, HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub Pro, owning technical configurations, auditing for scalability and integrations, and addressing technical debt. Campaign Optimization: Design, build, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring. Identify campaigns that can be efficiently scaled and replicated throughout the marketing calendar to generate a steady stream of leads. Marketing Intelligence & Data Management: Create and maintain custom dashboards that help communicate attribution and performance metrics. Maintain data accuracy and integrity, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to improve marketing outcomes. Develop, configure, and optimize HubSpot data models, workflows, forms, and automation strategies. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support to HubSpot users, resolve issues promptly, and stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices. Manage and troubleshoot workflows and integrations with third-party systems, develop new and refine existing scoring, grading, and lead routing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrate marketing automation tools with Atlassian systems and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Procurement teams to implement new features and ensure system stability. Agile Execution: Track tasks in Agile workflows, provide updates, and contribute to prioritizing and estimating work. What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with the skills to lead marketing automation and drive measurable outcomes. Required Skills and Experience: Admin-level expertise with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub (2+ years). 5+ years in marketing operations, with experience in CRM functionality, lifecycle marketing, and segmentation strategies Advanced knowledge of HubSpot automation, reporting, and data analysis tools Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Highly knowledgeable in data management, process optimization, and system integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem Proficient in designing workflows, automations, and segmentations that enhance both sales and marketing effectiveness In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation features, including workflows, lead scoring, and email marketing Experience ensuring that a company complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Multiple HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Revenue Operations, and/or Inbound Marketing. Experience with other marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.
