Financial Analyst (GBO Office) Operationally report to Director - CPS India, and Functionally to VP CPS Finance The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing insights and reports to support business decisions, and ensuring the company's financial health. This role will involve financial forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and assisting senior management in financial strategy and decision-making. Key Responsibilities:Financial AnalysisBudgeting and ForecastingDevelop financial models to forecast future financial performance.Reporting - monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.Financial Modeling - financial models for business planning, forecasting, and valuation.Evaluate investment opportunities and financial performance of new initiatives.Data Analysis - provide actionable insights to senior management to drive business decisions.Compliance & AuditingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance/ economics or a related field.Minimum 4 years of business experience within finance from an international environmentMeritorious holding industry experience from manufacturing businessStrong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).Familiarity with financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
