We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with at least 7 years of experience having strong understanding of the U.S. immigration process and working as a Lead Bench Sales Recruiter. Responsibilities:Proven ability in effective candidate management and data tracking.Build and maintain relationships with consultants on the bench and vendors.Work closely with vendors/clients to understand their requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates by actively following up on open positions.Be a proactive team member, contributing to company recruitment goals and targets.Work Authorization Knowledge: Strong understanding of OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and other U.S. work permits, including different visa categories and their requirements.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.Valid driver’s license.Experience in IT staffing or technical IT recruitment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
