What you’ll be expected to doA bunch of things including, but not limited to: E-commerce Strategy & Execution:o Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share across leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Platform Relationship Management: o Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.o Act as the primary point of contact for category teams to negotiate marketing opportunities, category placements, and promotional deals. Performance Management: o Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including revenue growth, category share, profitability, inventory health, and customer experience.o Analyze sales data, category trends, and competitor activities to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities. Campaign Planning & Execution:o Plan and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., festive sales, seasonal offers) in collaboration with e-commerce partners.o Ensure effective utilization of platform marketing tools like Sponsored Ads, Deals, and Brand Stores to boost visibility and conversions. Pricing & Profitability Management:o Develop pricing strategies that balance competitive positioning with profitability goals.o Monitor cost structures, including commissions, logistics, and advertising spends, to optimize margins. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: o Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stock-outs or overstocking situations. o Forecast demand and align production with platform requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration:o Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end e-commerce experience.o Contribute to new product launches, category expansions, and customer retention initiatives.Experience:o 4-8 years of experience in e-commerce account management, growth strategy, or related roles.o Proven track record of managing and growing business on Amazon, Flipkart, and other Indian e-commerce platforms.o Experience in consumer electronics, tech, automobile, lifestyle will be a bonus. Skills:o Deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce landscape, trends, and customer behavior.o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-backed decisions.o Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage platform relationships and internal stakeholders.o Proficiency in e-commerce tools like AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), Flipkart Ads, and analytical dashboards. Mindset: o Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue.
