The Role Tilicho Labs a niche player in the Digital Product Engineering domain is looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to join our growing team. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced lead to work with our team of designers, BAs, Developers, and QAs and to deliver high-quality products/solutions for our clients. The Tech Lead will collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps professionals, and other team members to deliver exceptional and seamless products and solutions. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications, with a focus on usability and performance Lead the team to develop and maintain robust front-end and back-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks like React JS, Next JS, Typescript, AngularJS and Node.js. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable backend APIs. Translate technical requirements and user stories into robust backend code. Utilize both hosted and serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions) for optimal scalability and performance. Ensure smooth integration of frontend and backend components. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions. Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions. Requirements 5+ years of experience, with 1-2 years as a Full Stack Tech Lead, with a balanced focus on both frontend and backend development. Prior experience in leading and managing a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications.Prior experience in Frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) Solid understanding of backend principles (RESTful APIs, Database design) Backend programming languages (Node.js/Python/Java). Relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra) databases. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure) and serverless technologies. Familiarity with API gateways, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with the system observability and performance optimisation techniques. Desired Skill Understanding of CSS and HTML. Past Experience in Mobile Development Experience in multiple backend programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js) and frameworks.
