As the GCC Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts for GCCs in India. This role requires a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of the market dynamics within the GCC space.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategy for the GCC accounts in India, in alignment with the global business objectivesEngage with key clients, prospects, industry experts to build strategic relationships. Add new logos and mine existing engagements to expand the market shareWork closely with the Global Sales Leads and Service Line leaders to plan and execute market entry strategies for new products or services, ensuring successful tractionCollaborate with internal teams including presales, marketing, delivery to align sales efforts and deliver a high-quality client experienceAct as a senior ambassador of the business by representing at industry events, conferences, and seminarsPrepare and present regular updates on sales performance, market trends for India GCC accounts to the Global Head of SalesQualifications & Skills:10+ years of experience with proven expertise in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the GCC region or similar international marketsExperience in Risk & Analytics space is preferred.Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levelsPreferably from service industry backgroundWillingness to travel across country to meet GCC customers as neededBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
