This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, driving business growth, expanding market presence, and positioning Metaval as an industry leader . Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Business Development Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across the valves and flow measurement product lines. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to strengthen Metaval’s presence globally. Oversee tendering, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for large-scale industrial projects. Client and Market Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and industry stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and customer needs. Enhance customer engagement by providing tailored solutions and positioning Metaval as a preferred industry partner. Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance and goal alignment. Establish key performance indicators and sales targets to drive accountability and results. Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to enhance sales effectiveness. Operational and Financial Oversight Manage the sales budget, ensuring profitability and cost optimization. Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to provide data-driven insights. Implement digital tools and CRM systems to enhance sales processes and efficiency. Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 7+years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in valves, flow meters, or related engineering products. Strong understanding of key industries, including oil and gas, water, power, mining, and process industries. Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving market expansion. Technical background in engineering, instrumentation, or flow control solutions is preferred. Experience in international sales and key account management across multiple regions.
