Exp - Min 2-10 years Must have experience in Retail Generate Revenues as per budgets – category wise (a check to be maintained on primary vs secondary difference - from the IFB Point counter) Responsible for Volume, Value and footfall of the stores along with profitability (review of IFB Point MIS) Monthly/fortnightly audit of the store. Responsible for score from customer feedbacks, audits on store hygiene, planograms followed and displays / POP placement as per agreed norms. Responsible for CSR's performance. Should speak with CSRs, resolve their issues, Make sure CSR’s deliver productivity as agreed. Work for team development to increase effectiveness. Weekly review of the store manager Finalization of new stores locations and renovation of existing points in addition to branding etc. Negotiation and coordination with vendors responsible for renovation and marketing activities. Liaising with Sales, Service and accounts in case of any escalation. Identifying new business opportunities
