About the Role The ideal candidate is required to visit field agents, brokers, customers to inform and educate Companies Product and expand customer base. Candidate would be required to travel in Vidarbha area including areas in and around Nagpur. Responsibilities Focuses on data-driven tactics to drive customer acquisition. Develops, implements and oversee sales strategies and campaigns to promote brands, services and products. Gather relevant customer data to develop marketing strategies and coordinate activities. Conduct field visits to promote products and services to potential customers. Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers. Distribute marketing materials and samples to create brand awareness. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team. On-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers. Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs Attend relevant trade shows and events Monitor industry trends and competitor activities Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Passion to work on field Strong in decision making and communication skills 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles within the marketing sector
