Job Description

Job Title: Quality Executive Location: Trichy Reports To: Incharge Person Job Summary: The Quality Executive ensures that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring, evaluating, and improving operational performance to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1) Implementation of NABH and other accreditation and certifications required 2) Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments. 3) Ensure the creation and implementation of accurate and compliant records and formats. 4) Plan, schedule and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with NABH, NABL, NNF, and other relevant standards. 5) Ensuring the committees are conducted as per schedule in coordination with committee conveners and ensuring the implementation of the actions recommended 6) Following annual quality calendar schedule and ensuring committees and emergency codes are done as per the plan. Ensuring CAPA is done for the deviations observed 7) Collect, analyze, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and patient safety. 8) Collect, document, and analyze incidents (adverse events, near misses) to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences. 9) Participate in daily active medical record review to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with medical record documentation. 10) Actively participate in the Kauvery Quality Alliance program, providing guidance and support to network hospitals in their preparation for NABH entry-level certification 11) Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department to support the overall quality and safety objectives of the hospital. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role. Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) or industry-specific regulations.
