Job Description: We are looking for an ERP Specialist Intern to assist in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERPNext. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in ERP systems, business process automation, and stakeholder training. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing, configuring, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining ERPNext as per business needs. - Provide technical and functional support for ERPNext, including troubleshooting and system enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify ERP automation opportunities. - Support the development and maintenance of system documentation, workflows, and process diagrams. - Customize ERP workflows, reports, and modules to align with business operations. - Participate in training sessions and presentations on ERP solutions for large teams. - Ensure smooth integration of ERPNext with finance, inventory, and manufacturing processes. - Stay updated on ERPNext best practices and industry trends to optimize system performance. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: - Basic understanding of ERPNext (configuration, development, troubleshooting, deployment). - Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes (Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory Management). - Interest in process mapping, workflow automation, and ERP customization. - Willingness to learn and support user training, documentation, and system implementation. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
