The brand embodies values of quality, security, innovation, and trust. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Zonal Sales Manager at Dynabook India. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a specific region, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role is located in Mumbai with some work from home flexibility. Position Overview: The role involves setting and executing the business plan for a designated territory, with a focus on managing high-level client interactions, negotiating with commercial channels, and optimizing revenue. The role requires experience in team leadership, resource allocation, and deep knowledge of the IT hardware industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Planning: Oversee the development of account plans to align with client objectives, driving success for both parties. Enterprise Account and Channel Management: Develop strategies for managing enterprise accounts and channel partners to meet regional business goals. Client Negotiations: Engage in high-level negotiations, leveraging expertise to drive positive outcomes. Sales Pipeline Management: Guide sales activities, identifying cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities. Performance Management: Set targets for account managers and channel executives, and provide regular feedback on performance. Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage risks across managed accounts, collaborating on strategies to minimize them. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance team processes and account management strategies. Partnership Development: Explore and secure strategic partnerships to expand regional business. Education & Experience: Required: Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, or relevant work experience. Experience: 10+ years in the field, with at least 8-10 years in a management role, ideally in customer or account management. Industry: Mandatory experience in IT hardware/computer hardware industry. Desirable: Experience managing commercial channels. Skills & Knowledge: Key Areas: Account management, business development, sales strategy, and commercial channel development. Other Skills: Product knowledge in PC hardware, sales prospecting, upselling, and territory management.
