Position Summary The Sales Lead for Software Solutions at Mahindra Teqo will spearhead the sales strategy and execution for our innovative software products. These proprietary solutions provide real-time updates, seamless management, and proactive alerts, empowering precise decision-making and enhancing asset performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. He / She will develop strategic selling initiatives for existing and new products and services to maximize profitability and market share. Key Roles &Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Mahindra Teqo’s software solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand market trends, and stay ahead of the competition. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital marketing. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Mahindra Teqo. Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning. Education Qualification / Additional Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of renewable energy asset management and related software solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
