We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team and drive recruitment strategies, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Position Summary: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates. You will be expected to meet recruitment goals while maintaining a high standard of service to clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client requirements across multiple sectors. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Sourcing & Screening: Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking channels. Ensure candidates meet the requirements for client roles. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction with recruitment services. Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and feedback. Placement & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to ensure personal and organizational goals are met. Field Requirement Experience: Actively engage in field recruitment, attending client locations as needed to understand on-ground staffing requirement and interview candidates in person. Travel Flexibility: Be open to travel, if needed, for recruitment drives, client meetings, and other recruitment-related activities. Key Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a staffing agency or firm environment. Requirement Expertise: Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement across various industries. Client Management: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding and anticipating their staffing needs. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) , job boards, social media recruiting, and other recruitment tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends, making data-driven decisions to improve recruitment effectiveness. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results within deadlines and meeting client expectations.
