Job Title: AM BTL Marketing (Real Estate Industry) Job Location: Madurai Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BTL Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in the real estate industry. The role requires expertise in below-the-line marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, boosting brand visibility, and driving sales for real estate projects through direct, personalized marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring BTL campaigns that engage potential buyers, investors, and stakeholders within the local community and target demographic. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Development & Execution: o Plan and implement BTL marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and developments. o Develop targeted campaigns across various offline channels such as print, direct mail, events, and sponsorships. o Organize and manage property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional events. • Lead Generation & Conversion: o Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies, enhancing conversion rates through personal touchpoints. o Analyze customer profiles to tailor marketing efforts for different segments (first-time homebuyers, investors, luxury buyers, etc.). • Collaboration with Stakeholders: o Coordinate with sales teams, creative agencies, media partners, and other internal departments to execute successful campaigns. o Build relationships with local communities, key influencers, and media for promotional purposes. • Brand Building & Visibility: o Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand’s guidelines and messaging. o Increase brand awareness in target markets through direct marketing, events, and grassroots engagement. • Market Research & Reporting : o Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and competitor activity. o Measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement. • Budget Management: o Manage budgets for BTL activities, ensuring the efficient use of resources while maintaining ROI on campaigns. • Event Management: o Organize and execute events such as property tours, client meet-ups, open houses, and client appreciation gatherings. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. • Strong understanding of real estate markets and consumer behaviour. • Experience in organizing and managing marketing events and campaigns. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. • Creative mindset with a focus on innovative strategies and customer engagement. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies (to integrate BTL efforts with ATL and digital channels). • Experience with market segmentation and audience targeting. • Familiarity with the use of marketing automation tools.
