Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.). Source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews. Collaborate with department heads to create job descriptions and align hiring needs. Coordinate technical interviews, manage candidate experience, and extend job offers. Assist in onboarding new hires, including document preparation and induction. Maintain accurate HR records and manage recruitment documentation. Prepare and manage HR documents (contracts, offer letters, NDAs, etc.). Support HR team with employee engagement, training, and process improvements. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations. Strong understanding of IT roles and industry requirements. Proficient in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
