We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment : Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs, manage recruitment processes Campus Placements: Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment plan to meet the organization’s hiring needs. Onboarding: Collaborate with the internal team and hiring managers to design and deliver a structured onboarding program Employee Engagement: Build rapport with factory employees through regular interactions, fostering trust and open communication. Performance Management: Implement performance review systems, manage appraisals, and identify training needs for factory employees. Entry& Exit Formalities: Manage employee entry and exit processes, conduct interviews, and analyze data to improve retention strategies. Employee Welfare: Work closely with employees to understand their needs and implement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and well-being. HR Policies: Communicate and enforce company HR policies, ensuring that employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities. Key Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR role
