Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operations management role within the electronics manufacturing industry. Strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset. Solid understanding of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
