Job description Roles & Responsibility:- Rail Operations: Oversee train loading/offloading and coordinate with the surveyor team at the railway siding. Manage vendor/transportation coordination for timely loading of customer vehicles. Collaborate with the railway maintenance and security teams for smooth operations. Handle documentation related to the serving railway station. ICD Operations: Manage warehouse and yard operations, including inward/outward movement and inventory control. Prepare daily throughput reports and presentations for weekly/monthly reviews. Analyze data on customer performance and ICD operations. Plan and monitor inbound/outbound movements, ensuring timely execution. Provide input for ERP integration and updates to operational processes. Maintain statistical records and address operational issues promptly. Gate Operations: Coordinate with security teams at the main gate for access control and safety. Ensure smooth movement of vehicles through the terminal gate. Oversee documentation and verification of vehicles entering and exiting the facility. Monitor and manage gate operations to prevent delays and ensure compliance.
