Expand operations across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. Lead and train a team of recruiters, business developers, and account managers to deliver exceptional client and candidate service. Build strong client relationships and tailor staffing solutions to their needs. Identify IT industry trends and adjust services accordingly. Oversee all business operations from development to candidate delivery, ensuring efficiency. Monitor performance metrics and collaborate across departments to improve staffing solutions.
