Senior Recruiter / Recruiter for Apeejay Education Society About Us: The Apeejay Education Society, established by the leading Industrial House of Apeejay Stya in the year 1967, has built a rich heritage of nearly four and half decades in the field of quality education through a family of 29 institutions, i.e. 13 schools and 16 institutions of higher learning, in various states of the country, along with the Apeejay Stya University – India’s first Liberal Arts University focused on Technology & Research. About the Role: As a recruiter, your analytical skills, enthusiastic attitude and process oriented execution will help us serve our customers efficiently and effectively. You will be a part of the Corporate Team and work on streamlining and setting up new processes, hiring new teams, devising various strategies for HR related MIS/reports, maintain and managing personnel files, reference checks, and so on. "The incumbent must have hands on experience in handling middle & senior level hiring, should be able to manage multiple positions simultaneously and close them within specified TAT. Should be familiar with bulk hiring. Should have expertise in end to end recruitment cycle". Job Responsibilities: Hiring & Selection Process: Designing the brief KRAs / JDs after understanding the position from the Reporting Manager / Concerned personnel Posting the job on Naukri / other portals and using Social Media like LinkedIn to look for more options and enhancing professional network Head hunting & Passive Sourcing Screening & short-listing profiles and share with the Reporting Manager / Concerned Personnel and have timely discussion with them to improvise the search criteria / or to organize the interviews in consultation with the Reporting Manager Be involved with all levels of hiring and manage the Talent & Acquisition process for having the best suitable talent in the organization Maintaining and timely update of Personnel File and keeping an internal check / review HR MIS preparation & implementation in consultation with Reporting Manager Assist the Reporting Manager in day to day activities /HR operations Reference Check: Conduct discreet reference checks of short-listed candidates both telephonically and written Compile & collect the appropriate responses and share them with Reporting Manager Qualifications: Graduate (preferably in Science, Economics, Engineering, or in a relevant subject) /Post Graduate (MBA in HR from a reputed institute). Experience / Knowledge : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role/capacity. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, are a must-have. Excellent skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint are a prerequisite. Working knowledge of preparing various HR Reports / HR Dashboards. Must be aware of the latest hiring techniques and trends. Must have handled leadership positions and closed within specified TAT Should be good with number crunching and coping with pressure Job Location: New Delhi (South Delhi) Working Days: Monday - Friday and Saturdays are half days. Remuneration: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
