About the Role: We seek a proactive specialist to identify prospects, engage in outbound outreach, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate possesses strong research, communication, and CRM proficiency. What you will deliver: Research and identify potential prospects matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Execute outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Customize outreach messages to address prospects’ needs and ensure engagement. Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology. Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure a seamless handoff. Maintain detailed CRM records and update the sales funnel in HubSpot. Collaborate with BD and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies. Conduct research to stay informed about target markets and geographies. Must Haves for the Role: Experience in lead generation, outbound outreach, and lead qualification. Strong understanding of BANT methodology. Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools. Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
