About the Role: As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our key clients. You'll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and collaborating with our internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive tangible results. Responsibilities: Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and challenges. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with their goals, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and more. Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This includes briefing internal teams (creative, media, analytics), managing timelines, and providing regular updates to clients. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization. Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, showcasing ROI and highlighting key insights. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to new business development efforts. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, addressing their concerns, and proactively offering strategic recommendations. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency setting. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. A passion for marketing and a desire to deliver exceptional results. MBA in Marketing or a related field is a plus. Brownie Points: Experience working with clients in the FMCG / D2C, Educational & Healthcare sectors. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
