Role Overview We are looking for a BIM Modeler – Revit MEP Specialist to work on US-based projects , collaborating with senior management and delivering high-quality, clash-free construction models . Key Responsibilities Develop 3D BIM Models in Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP from construction drawings Create 2D installation drawings (floor plans, sections, and details) Perform Clash Detection and generate reports using Navisworks Work with BIM360, Bluebeam, and other coordination tools Ensure QA/QC standards in all BIM deliverables Stay updated with the latest BIM/VDC trends and software What We’re Looking For ✔ Experience: 3+ years in Revit MEP & BIM Modeling ✔ Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field ✔ Skills Required: Revit MEP & AutoCAD MEP (Mandatory) Navisworks, BIM360, Bluebeam Clash detection & coordination expertise Strong communication & teamwork abilities Attention to detail & high design standards
