Key Responsibilities: L&D / OD: Weightage (70%) Develops learning strategies and implements learning and development programs in line with organization’s objectives. Designs and produces training materials, including e-learning courses. Responsible for conducting training programs. Prepare and publish the Training calendar for the year and coordinate the training schedules. Manages training proposals, contract procedures, and logistics for the training. Tracks budgets, negotiates contracts, builds, and maintains relationships with third-party training providers. Manage and summarize training costs and monitor training budgets and report periodically. Conduct Training evaluations, Assess the success of the development plans and modify as per requirement. Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies. Collaborate with the HRBP Manager to communicate and implement learning movements/learning culture for the employees. Support internal activities to improve employee morale and engagement. Support the preparation for the implementation of career planning/personal development plan/talent review activities (Job matrix, Job description, Competencies, Career planning/IDP, Talent pool.) as required. Design and implement performance management processes & manage performance improvement plans. Design and implement professional learning & development programs for employees based on performance review and promotion structure. Plan and implement talent management program, succession planning program. Good understanding of – ability to design and implement suitable leadership development interventions based on the situation analysis. Experience of working on behavioral competency framework, 360-degree feedback process and cultural interventions. Coordinate with HRBP Manager to develop employee orientation/ induction programs and promotion structure to achieve a positive working environment. Talent Management: (Recruitment) (30%) Manage social media postings and feedback to promote company branding. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process starting with posting Jobs, Screening, Evaluation and Coordination of interviews at required levels with the stake holders. Build a robust candidate pipeline. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Manage and coordinate the onboarding process including orientation program with the HRBP Manager. Champion employer branding initiatives & activities to promote Employer Value Proposition image through online or offline channels. Pre-Requisite: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management. Minimum 5 years of experience and in the relevant field and domain. Adept in multimedia training platforms and methods. Excellent written & verbal communication. Result-oriented, collaborative. Demonstrate Professionalism and creativity. Proficient in MS Office suites. Proficiency in English & Tamil language. Should be able to speak, read and write both languages. Interested to work in the cashew industry.
