Experience: 20+ Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Industry: EPC, Infrastructure, Heavy Civil Construction, Industrial Plants Job Summary: The Plant Execution Head will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of plant construction in EPC projects, ensuring smooth coordination of civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities . The role demands expertise in plant erection, site execution, stakeholder coordination, and strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution Lead plant erection and execution from foundation to commissioning. Develop and implement project execution plans for civil, structural, and MEP works. Ensure timely completion of construction milestones as per the approved schedule. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. 2. Civil & Structural Engineering Oversee earthworks, foundation construction, and superstructure erection . Ensure execution of structural steel and RCC works as per design specifications. Coordinate with design and engineering teams for any technical modifications. 3. MEP & Utilities Coordination Supervise the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ensure seamless integration of MEP with civil structures . Coordinate with contractors and vendors for MEP installation & commissioning . 4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless execution. Lead coordination between engineering, procurement, and site teams . Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely availability of materials. 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory norms . Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies . Ensure all civil and structural works are carried out as per ISO and industry standards . 6. Budget & Cost Control Monitor project budgets and costs , ensuring adherence to financial plans. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety. Work with procurement teams for cost-effective vendor negotiations . 7. Team Leadership & Site Supervision Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractors . Conduct regular progress meetings and address execution challenges. Ensure the availability of skilled manpower and technical support .
