Job Responsibilities: Develop and expand sales for new and used diesel & electric generators, engines, spare parts, and engine oil in the Mining and Marine Industries . Identify new business opportunities across West Africa, East Africa, Kenya, and island nations . Provide technical expertise and solutions for Cummins and Perkins power generation products. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners. Conduct market research to assess customer needs and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and after-sales support. Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. Travel as needed to meet clients and expand the company’s regional presence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related field. 3-7 years of experience in power generation sales , preferably with Cummins or Perkins generators and engines. Strong knowledge of diesel & electric generators, engines, spare parts, and lubricants for mining, marine, industrial, and commercial sectors . Experience in international sales and business development , particularly in Africa and island nations . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
