About the role: You will be part of a team of engineering, user experience, and quality assurance professionals collaborating with colleagues across the business to define and execute on the roadmap for your domain. The focus of this squad will be to help with the category discoverability, increasing engagement on the platform and driving key projects like personalization etc. We are looking for a world-class Product Manager to work with teams of engineers, designers, analysts, researchers, and marketeers to innovate and continuously reinvent our customers’ journeys. What you'll do: Oversee end-to-end campaign setup and execution to ensure high-quality performance and client satisfaction. Share timely, insightful reports with clients to demonstrate campaign results and areas of opportunity. Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives, positioning Noon’s brand solutions to support client objectives. Build and nurture relationships with key brands in your category to foster long-term partnerships. Actively manage ad portfolios for top clients, guiding them through onboarding, strategy consulting, and achieving campaign goals. Analyze metrics and performance data to drive recommendations and improve the client experience on Noon. Maintain a metric-driven approach, constantly evaluating analytics to enhance client results and overall experience. What you'll need: 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, account management, or a related role. Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities successfully. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking skills to navigate complex issues and develop actionable recommendations. Proficient analytical and financial modeling skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills to connect across teams and with clients at all levels.
