We specialize in delegate and visitor recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from the SAARC for various countries. Our partner companies are located in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region. We cater to various industry segments and diverse subjects, including smart cities, urban development, instrumentation and control, information communication and telecom, medical, and food processing. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams by sourcing, curating, and managing high-quality contact data for targeted outreach within the Exhibitions and MICE industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and compiling accurate prospect lists, ensuring data integrity, and enabling our teams to effectively engage potential exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. Success in this role requires strong research skills, analytical thinking, and a keen understanding of the events and exhibitions industry. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling large datasets while ensuring high accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Sourcing & Research: Identify and compile relevant data on exhibitors, sponsors, corporate buyers, event planners, and decision-makers from various sources (industry directories, LinkedIn, company websites, previous event databases, etc.). Database Management: Organize, clean, and update prospect databases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry regulations. Segmentation & Targeting: Classify leads based on event relevance, industry verticals, geographic location, company size, and purchasing potential. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to provide tailored lead lists for outreach campaigns, cold calling, and email marketing. Data Validation & Enrichment: Cross-check and verify contact details, removing outdated or duplicate records while enhancing profiles with relevant business intelligence. Reporting & Insights: Track database growth, analyze lead engagement trends, and provide insights to optimize data acquisition strategies. CRM & Tools Management: Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) with lead details, interactions, and campaign performance data. Compliance & Data Security: Ensure adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations while handling prospect information. Key Requirements: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as: Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications Information Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence Hospitality, Event Management, or Tourism (if specialized in MICE and exhibitions) Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory): CRM & Data Management: Salesforce Certified Administrator HubSpot Marketing Software Certification Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate Marketing & Lead Generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Certification Digital Marketing Certification (Google, HubSpot, Meta) Event & Exhibition Industry Certifications: Certified Exhibition Management (CEM) – IAEE Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) – Events Industry Council Technical Skills: Experience in lead research, data sourcing, or business intelligence within the exhibitions, trade shows, or MICE industry . Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, industry directories). Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data management techniques . Familiarity with event databases, exhibitor lists, and industry-specific lead sources . Soft Skills: Strong Attention to Detail: Ensures data accuracy and high-quality lead curation. Analytical Thinking: Evaluates lead sources and optimizes targeting for sales success. Problem-Solving Skills: Finds innovative ways to source new, high-value contacts. Proactive & Self-Motivated: Takes initiative in researching new business opportunities and refining lead databases. Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Works effectively with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation with outreach strategies. Organizational & Time Management Skills: Efficiently handles large datasets and meets deadlines. Adaptability & Industry Awareness: Keeps up with trends in the exhibitions and MICE industry to refine data strategies. Job type: Full time – onsite role (work from office) on a permanent basis.
