Learning Resource Development and Management: Create and refine high-quality learning materials, including presentations, videos, and other instructional resources, adhering to Xylem Learning's standards and curriculum guidelines. Adapt course content and delivery methods to accommodate diverse student learning styles and abilities. Maintain the security and integrity of all course materials, ensuring their appropriate use and preservation. Collaboration and Reporting: Participate actively in organizational meetings with Course Coordinators and Mentor Chiefs. Offer constructive feedback on sessions, batches, and courses, incorporating insights from student and parent evaluations. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance subject matter expertise and teaching skills. Qualifications: Deep understanding of chemistry principles and a commitment to ongoing research in the field. Knowledge of instructional design principles and their application in online and offline learning. Proficiency in creating engaging and informative presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
