Role : Specialist - Corporate Finance Location : Chennai Mode : Work from Office Key Responsibilities Manage a team of two members involved in daily transactions in the capacity as a transactional reviewer. Strong fundamentals in Indian Accounting Standards in conjunction with the book-keeping. Strong analytical skills to read data and interpret and be able to present analyses performed to Head – Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Should be extremely process driven with a focus on key aspects covering Financial Statement Closure and general hygiene related to book-keeping. Preparation of internal presentations and MIS related deliverables to investors, board of directors, etc. Will be responsible to ensure that regulatory reporting in connection with the requirements from RBI mandates are complied with. Should have basic knowledge of debt products including capital market instruments, hedging and MTM Valuation. Qualifications & Skills Required: Chartered accountant with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience either with a big 4 background or from a relevant industry who is extremely hungry to learn and experiment. Experience in Banking / Financial Services space is an added advantage. Candidate with knowledge in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) who has a keenness to apply such knowledge into analytical aspects and frame perspectives about the business. Oracle usage related knowledge. Strong MS-Excel and analytical skillsets including knowledge of visualization tools like Power-BI.
