RESPONSIBILITIES ● Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives. ● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and marketing, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of banking and financial partnerships. ● Facilitate regular communication and coordination among teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. ● Oversee the integration of banking and financial services within our systems, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. ●Troubleshoot and address any operational challenges related to external partnerships, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolutions. ●Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all banking and financial partnerships comply with regulatory requirements. ● Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle. Qualifications and Skills: ● Degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. ● Proven experience of 2+ Years in partnership management within the banking and financial services sector. ● Strong understanding of the Fintech Understanding. ● Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to navigate complex relationships and drive collaborative efforts in a cross-functional environment. ● Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management in the financial industry. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience in Fintech or SaaS industries is highly preferred. ● Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (such as GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.) and fraud detection algorithms is a plus.
