About Us: Classical Pilates for Wellbeing is India’s only Licensed Classical Pilates Studio affiliated with The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. We are dedicated to promoting health and wellness through the art of Pilates, and we are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Trainee Pilates Teachers. Position Overview: As a Trainee Pilates Teacher, you will embark on a comprehensive Teacher Training Certification Program with us. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered a full-time position as a Pilates Teacher within our Studio or our Franchise Studio's. Key Responsibilities: Focus on completing the comprehensive Teacher Training Certification Program as per the requirements set. Fulfil all required internship hours at the studio, committing to a weekly schedule of 30 hours during the certification program. Develop and refine your skills in teaching Classical Pilates. Collaborate with our teaching faculty to develop your skills during the certification program Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment within the studio Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Min: Higher Secondary or above Injury-free status is essential. Background as a fitness instructor or movement practitioner is preferred. A strong passion for fitness and wellness. Working knowledge of basic human anatomy and physiology. Detail-oriented mindset, given the comprehensive nature of the certification program. Strong aptitude for learning and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. Benefits: Certification and Training: ·      The initial four-month period involves intensive training as part of the Teacher Training Certification Program, emphasizing the development of Classical Pilates instruction skills. ·      Upon successful program completion, certification as a Pilates Teacher will be granted by The Pilates Center, Boulder, Colorado. Stipend During Training: ·      A monthly stipend of INR 25,000 will be provided during the certification program to support learning and commitment. Employment and Compensation: ·      Upon completing the certification within four months, a full-time Pilates Teacher position at Classical Pilates for Wellbeing will be offered, with a starting salary of INR 45,000 per month and opportunities for professional growth. Commitment Requirement: A three-year contract to work as a Pilates Teacher with Classical Pilates for Wellbeing is required to ensure a mutually beneficial association and maintain high standards of training and instruction.
