Job Overview: QualiZeal, a leader in Quality Assurance and software testing services, is looking for a dynamic and proactive Manager of Business Development to lead our efforts in generating new business opportunities from India. This role is pivotal in driving our company’s growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads, primarily through the Demand Generation channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business plans that align with our company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Generate Prospects and also nurture prospects that are generated by the Demand Generation Team will Closure. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. Business Planning: Craft and execute comprehensive business plans that meet or exceed set objectives. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. Reporting: Compile and present various reports reflecting team performance, lead generation success, and other key metrics to the Head of Demand Generation. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing Prospects. Understand Prospect needs over an intro call and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals. Qualifications: · Proven experience in Business development and sales. · Demonstrated ability in Lead generation and Cold calling. · Leadership skills with experience in managing small teams. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to develop and implement effective business plans. · Proficient in report generation and data analysis. · MBA Marketing or related field preferred.
