Roles and responsibilities: 1. Is responsible for driving / increasing sales, develop mining market by leveraging the strategy to grow presence in India. 2. Providing product promotion seminars to clients as required or directed 3. Understanding Customer buying process, identifying key stakeholders / influencers and build strong trust & relationship with them. 4. Assist in the development of Strategic Marketing Plans to attack mining and related market segments and customers. 5. Eager to have an understanding of various engineering systems and product knowledge of ABEL pumps to give technical solution to customers 6. Fluent in English and Hindi 7. Experience of dealing with international customers, intercultural understanding and international orientation in thinking and acting 8. Experienced in the use of all modern means of communication as well as of Microsoft Office products and ERP systems, e.g. ABAS 9. Proficiency in Commercial issues to check and comment contract conditions, invoicing, payment terms, INCOTERMS, LC, BGs, Commercial documentation of projects Technical competency: Market intelligence & Analytical skills: Collect market, competitor information to draw selling strategies for achieving respective booking and sales goals Value selling & negotiation: Ability to sell premium products through deeper understanding of needs, favorably positioning of the product/solution and differentiation on overall value to customer.
