About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for driving MetaMorph's growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our reach within the startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for building relationships, a strong understanding of the HR landscape, and a proven ability to achieve revenue targets. Experience in selling HR solutions or related services is a plus. This role is revenue target-driven. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into new clients. This includes understanding client needs, presenting MetaMorph's services, and closing deals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of startups in the HR space. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value of MetaMorph's services. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards targets using CRM software. Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting and talent acquisition teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Networking: Actively participate in industry events and build a strong professional network. Revenue Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (experience in the HR industry is a plus). Proven track record of success in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach. Experience with CRM software is a plus. A genuine interest in helping startups succeed.
