Position : SAM Pro Engineer- Technical Rel. Experience : 3+ Years Location : Hybrid (Can work from Gurugram/Noida if needed) *** Candidate must be ready for travel Job Description : We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Module Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of ITSM experience, 1 to 2 years of experience with the ITOM module and Integration, and at least 2 years of experience with the SAM module. The candidate should be capable of handling complex tasks and driving efficiency within the organization through effective use of the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities : • Implement and manage ServiceNow's SAM Pro module, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. • Integrate SAM Pro with Publishers to enhance overall IT operations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Maintain and enhance ITSM processes to ensure alignment with ITIL best practices. • Develop and implement strategies for software asset management, including compliance, license optimization, and cost reduction. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with licensing agreements. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAM Pro and related modules. • Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials. • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continually improve the SAM Pro module's effectiveness. Requirements : • Minimum of 3 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools. • 1 to 2 years of experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) module and integrations. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro module. • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. • Proven experience in software asset management, including license compliance, optimization, and audits. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and SAM Pro certification preferred. Preferred Skills : • Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM and SAM. • Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript). • Understanding of cloud licensing models and SaaS management. • Project management experience.
