We, at Growthpep, are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a full-time role and is based out of Mumbai . Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations at Growthpep, including but not limited to planning digital campaigns, delegating tasks to different team members and external vendors, supervising and monitoring the current state of these tasks, and ensuring maximum ROAS for our clients within the given time-frame and budget of the client Needs to handle end-to-end client communication & project management He/she must be a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and able to work and get the best out of his/her team members without any direct supervision He/she will be involved in extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter to Growthpep and to the client He/she will be responsible for allocating budgets, analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends of the clients Since this is a client-facing role, candidates must have experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients Requirements: Around 5 to 7 years of relevant managerial experience in the space of Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing, handling a team size of 5 to 10 members An entrepreneurial mindset, with high energy, focus and a strong eye for detail Good understanding of the Paid-Media Channels and Campaign Models (including campaign data growth metrics), especially for Google and Facebook ads is required. Candidate should have managed budgets of at least $50,000 on campaigns across various channels, preferably in scaling e-Commerce/DTC brands Candidates should have good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Interested candidates may also please send your updated resume and your CTC details to
