Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager- Talent Acquisition to join our growing Hyderabad team. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's recruitment strategy and attracting top talent to support our expansion efforts in the home automation industry. An enthusiastic person who is passionate and motivated to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring goals and objectives. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities, proactively source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the offer, engagement with selected applicants and seamless handover to the onboarding and business teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment tools to effectively evaluate candidates' competencies. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience. Analyze data, prepare MIS, identify trends and insights related to hiring and make timely interventions to improve the quality of hiring and efficiency of the process. Overall, the Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in sourcing specialized talent to build high-performing teams that drive innovation and growth within the home automation industry. This role is instrumental in driving sales and operations hiring and contributes significantly to supporting the growth initiatives of the business. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent across various functions and levels. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
