You'll be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of media spend across various channels. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior team members and learn from experienced professionals in the industry Key Require Experience in Billing & Reconciliation or Accounts Payable Excel Skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas (knowledge of macros/MS PowerPoint Strong communication skills Vendor Management or experience working with onshore c Key Responsibilients Leadership and Team Manag ement: Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, inspiring and motivating individuals to achieve strategic goals. Set a clear vision, drive performance, and foster a positive and collaborative team Strategic Planning and Exec ution: Develop and implement strategic plans for the Media Reconciliation team, aligning with agency-wide objectives. Identify opportunities for innovation and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Performance Management and Devel opment: Set Key Result Areas (KRAs) for team members and conduct quarterly one-on-one sessions to provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Identify areas for team development and implement training programs to foster professional growth. Resource Manag ement: Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization to achieve strategic goals. Balance workload and ensure efficient task management. Client Management and Communic ation: Manage critical clients and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Communicate effectively with senior management, clients, and stakeholders, presenting information clearly and concisely. Cross-Functional Collabor ation: Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with other departments, including Finance, Account Management, and Technology, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Desired Skills Knowledge of Multiple Ad Servers: Understanding the workflow of multiple ad servers (e.g., CM360, Flashtalking, Adform) and ad verification platforms (e.g. IAS, DV, MOAT) is a plus. Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Process Improvement Expertise: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work with other team members to identify Global Team Experience: Experience working with global teams across different time zones and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Individual contributor: Capability to manage Critical/Complex clients independently.
