This role ensures financial health, maximizes profitability, and supports strategic business initiatives through data-driven insights and financial management. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance. Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability to improve financial efficiency. Budgeting & Cost Control: Lead the annual budgeting process and track actual performance against budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. Oversee audits, tax filings, and risk assessments to maintain financial integrity.
