The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated professional to Head 0&M function for one of the plants at Runaya. The roles & responsibilities involve: Strategic Development of systems, procedures, plans and policies to meet production and maintenance targets by effective utilization of Manpower, Equipment and Resources. Ensure a PM Planning is in place and its compliance to improve and sustain production capacities of assets. Induct new solution, best practices, maintenance plan and strategies for improving Asset performance and integrity. Bring significant difference to the business out come through specific focus on Volume and cost delivery. Maintain reliability of different equipment (Rotary equipment, De-dusting unit, conveyors) by conducting LLF, Asset integrity assessment, CBM and FMEA. Ensure adherence to the highest safety standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives to create a safe working environment. Carry out daily review with Business partner and internal stake holders of all departments for key business deliverables. Achievement of production targets at desired cost. The Successful Candidate: B. Tech (Mechanical) with 7-8 years of exp, preferably in aluminium company.
