Responsibilities: 1.Follow up on pending outstanding payments 2.Ensure proper documentation from booking to final possession. 3.Ensure timely collections and recoveries from customers of due/outstanding as per booking form and work progress 4.To maintain and update customer ledger and accounts. 5.Maintaining record of Customer interactions 6.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 7.To build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication 8.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents 9.Other works assigned by the higher authorities.
