Role – Associate Director, GL Bangalore, Karnataka, India Details Designation: Director GL Core Areas: Financial Reporting and Analysis Qualification: Chartered Accountant What We’re Looking For ● General Ledger Management: o Maintain and oversee the general ledger to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. o Review and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis. o Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. ● Financial Reporting: o Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. o Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. o Coordinate with external auditors (Big Four firms) to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. ● Audit Coordination: o Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors. o Prepare audit schedules and documentation to support the audit process. o Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary. ● Chart of Accounts Management: o Review and maintain the chart of accounts to ensure it meets the needs of the business. o Implement changes to the chart of accounts as required to support new business initiatives and reporting requirements. ● Consolidation: o Manage the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities. o Ensure accuracy and consistency in consolidated financial reporting. o Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate consolidation data. ● Special Projects: o Lead and participate in special projects aimed at transforming MIS reporting, valuations, compliance dashboards o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements o Implementation of RCM across processes, ensuring monthly adherence of it and getting it audited on periodic basis.
