S.he acts as a Beauty Confidant to creates a trustful relationship with the clients today and tomorrow. As Beautytherapist s.he masters and promotes the uniqueness of CHANEL skincare, s.he is able to provide long treatments for face and body (according to the local strategy) in skincare treatment dedicated places. S.he shares her expertise with client and staff member (when s.he’s not in the cabin). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CHANEL Ambassador: the Beautytherapist embodies the values of the Brand CHANEL Insider: has a solid knowledge of the Brand, on all 3 divisions, on its news and heritage, iconic creations, know-how, CHANEL CSR commitments and shares it with the clients as well as the team. S.he has a strong knowledge on CHANEL skincare expertise (The scientific research centers, open sky lab, formulation and active ingredients). Has a skin knowledge (anatomy and physiology). Embraces and shares the CHANEL beauty vision: at CHANEL a woman is beautiful if she has confidence in herself. Influencer: s.he is curious about skincare trends, competitors, beauty, wellness, nutrition, mindfulness ….and willing to keep his.her knowledge up to date to inspire one’s client. Respects the uniform and grooming guidelines at all times. Leads as a role model to upkeep the standards of BA’s grooming at POS. Ensures that work area including cabin, is clean, tidy, hygienic and professional at all times; knows and respects VM guidelines. Maintains testers, tools, and equipment in skincare cabins. Experience creator: the Beauty therapist makes each encounter with a client a unique, exclusive and engaging moment with the Brand Adopts the Beauty Confidant posture: creates a confident and long-lasting relationship with the clients based on authenticity, relevance, emotional connection. Creates an intimate and loyal relationship with the client. Provides personalized skincare consultation/facial service to clients. Understand client’s needs in skincare, proposes personalized skincare program that delivers accurate results to ensure client satisfaction. Proactively invites clients to come back for skincare services and schedule appointments. Systematically offers a service, an experience, a tip, a technique, follow up invitation that turns each product purchase into a memorable CHANEL moment. Masters skincare diagnosis with or without diagnosis tools. Masters the protocols of all services and the treatments provided in dedicated spaces (close or semi cabin areas). S.he delivers them with perfect execution. Coaches clients on CHANEL Signature massage gestures. Storymaker: leverages what s.he knows about the Brand and what s.he learns from the client to create unique stories with and for each client. Actively contributes in delivering a seamless omni-channel experience for clients. Handles client service complaints and requests effectively and according to guidelines, can deal with complexity and challenging situations. Business developer: the Beautytherapistis performance-minded in order to achieve our objectives Knows and understands the business objectives and maintains discretion about all areas of the CHANEL business. Contributes to build the business by achieving the boutique’s quantitative & qualitative targets. Contributes to the CHANEL skincare turnover in wholesale during animations. Leverages products, services, sales techniques, sampling, data capture, clienteling… to recruit, loyalize and grow client return rate. Understands the boutique and one’s individual Key Performance Indicators; pro-actively monitors performance on a daily basis and suggests actions for improvement. Has an appropriate knowledge of operations to ensure the smooth running of business, and reports to the Boutique Manager. Actively seeks to recruit or convert new skincare users to CHANEL. Is committed to cabin related KPIs by driving and tracking cabin targets and results on regular basis, pays special attention on cabin CRM and takes relevant actions. Manages cabin facial appointments to ensure optimization of cabin usage. Team player: the Beautytherapist acts interdependently and demonstrates team spirit Has a positive attitude, communicates with the team and the manager on a regular basis and has the sense of ethics and integrity.
