Analyze zoning laws, regulatory requirements, environmental impact, and development feasibility.• Site Identification & Evaluation: Source and evaluate prospective land parcels by conducting due diligence, including financial feasibility, title verification, and legal compliance.• Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure land under optimal terms.
