Role Purpose • To manage the & Ensure the monitor of new product life cycle & To ensure the safe launch • To review the customer specific requirements , Analyze & to explain the requirements to CFT for execution & monitoring • To interact with customer to facilitate consistent and effective understanding of new product specifications & getting approval upon product development • To execute the quality system requirements as per the company objectives ( System audits, TQM, TPM etc. ) • To support production line in terms of production tooling maintenance in order to ensure smooth functioning of tooling's • To prepare of annual budget for new model tool manufacturing, tool maintenance, consumable ,overheads and Capital Expenditure. • To identify training needs of process in charges & operators and organize relevant trainings in order to ensure capability enhancement of the team • To meet the company goals like RM budget , Dev budget, Tooling budget etc. Roles & Responsibilities Execution of SOPs for Safety. Safety Suggestion, KY. Execution of Safety audit findings. To interact with customer to facilitate consistent and effective understanding of new product specifications & getting approval upon product development To review the project status every & Update to management To review all development expenses , tooling , R&M & man power with respect to budget To review each project important points at regular intervals To interact with customer to facilitate consistent and effective understanding of new product specifications & getting approval upon product development To finalize the project plan & execution as per customer master plan and prepare tooling's as per the process requirements To meet customer special requirements as per each OEM CSR To prepare of annual budget for new model tool manufacturing, tool maintenance, consumable ,overheads and Capital Expenditure. To execute inventory reduction activity plan in order to ensure optimum inventory levels & smoothen maintenance activities. Benchmark & PDCA-identification & implement best & new practices in the company. Facilitate to QCC team. To identify training needs of process incharges & operators and organize relevant trainings in order to ensure capability enhancement of the team. Role Preference 11-16 years experience B.Tech/B.E.
